MICRO-MAPPING TOWNER 2009. Towner invited East Sussex based artists to submit proposals to create temporary interventions in the public spaces of the new Towner building to run concurrently with Towner’s opening programme of launch exhibitions. Micro-Mapping Towner marked a route which navigated the internal geography of parts of the building, marking features and place names using titles from the Towner Collection.
